At Chatka, we strive to deliver high-quality services and maintain transparency in our operations. Please review our cancellation and refund terms based on the specific service you have ordered:
Logo Design Orders:
Can be canceled within 1 day of order placement.
Website Development Orders:
Can be canceled within 2 days of order placement.
Digital Marketing Projects (Under Development):
Can be canceled within 5 days of order placement.
Ongoing Monthly Services (e.g., Digital Marketing or Website Maintenance):
Require a minimum one-month notice period for cancellation.
For valid cancellations as per the timelines above, a 100% refund of the advance payment will be processed —
❗ Excluding monthly digital marketing or website maintenance under ongoing agreements.
For ongoing website development projects, you will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining balance from your advance payment (after deductions) will be refunded.
All approved refunds will be initiated within 7–15 working days.
Note: Delays in refund processing may occur due to technical or banking issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
